Privacy Policy

This privacy policy defines how personal data of RAOS platform users (hereinafter the “Platform”) is collected, stored, and processed. The policy is based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ORQ-547.

The following data is collected during registration and use of the service:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Telegram username (optional)
• Store name and type
• Number of branches
• Device information and IP address (for technical purposes)

• Providing and improving RAOS services
• Managing user accounts
• Technical support (via Telegram)
• Billing and payment operations
• Notifying about news and service changes
• Complying with Uzbekistan tax and fiscal requirements

Personal data is stored while the user account is active and for 3 years afterwards. Financial and fiscal data is stored for 5 years in accordance with Uzbekistan legislation.

Data is stored on servers located in Uzbekistan and is not transferred abroad.

Personal data may be shared with third parties only in the following cases:

• With the user's explicit consent
• At the request of state authorities in accordance with Uzbekistan legislation
• Soliq.uz (OFD) — for transmitting fiscal receipts (sales data only)

Data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Under ORQ-547 you have the following rights:

• Right to access and obtain a copy of your data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of data (when the account is closed)
• Right to object to data processing

The Platform uses technical cookies (session management, language settings). No advertising or tracking cookies are used. Language selection (uz/ru/en) is stored only in your browser (localStorage).

Data is transmitted over an encrypted channel (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords are protected with the bcrypt algorithm. Access to data is granted only to authorized staff.

Users are notified via Telegram when the privacy policy changes. The new policy takes effect 14 days after publication.
